Growing memories
First, what is a kid session? Well, it is for a child from 6 months and over.
A Kid session will last between 1,5-2h, depending mainly depending on your child's age and temper.
A shy or introvert child needs to know I am friendly before I even start shooting.
For others children, few words might be sufficient.
So, I always take time at the beginning to talk, play and show them they should not be scared and to create trust between us.
And when I feel the bond is here, then I will start taking pictures.
Often, mid-session, we will have a sort of a break or change the settings to keep their interest high with something new.
You can also use it to change clothes should you wish to.
